1. About these terms
These Terms of Service apply to your use of the Pip and Pebble website, www.pipandpebble.com.au and any purchase you make from us. Pip and Pebble is operated by the company called Pip and Pebble, ABN 11 887 890 631, based in Melbourne, Victoria.   By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully together with our Shipping and Delivery Policy, Returns and Refunds Policy and Privacy Policy.

2. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes those rights.

3. Using our website
If you are under 18, you must have consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when ordering and to use our website only for lawful purposes. You must not interfere with the website’s security or operation, or copy, reproduce or resell any part of it without our written permission.

4. Products and descriptions
We take care to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colours may look slightly different depending on your screen, and natural materials may vary a little from item to item. Some images are styled to show products in use and may include props that are not included with your purchase.

5. Product safety and supervision
Many of our products are designed for children. Please read and follow all age recommendations, assembly instructions and safety warnings supplied with each product. Children should be supervised by an adult while using our products, and items should be checked regularly for wear or damage.

6. Prices and payment
All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Shipping costs are shown at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed. Payment is taken in full at the time of purchase through our secure payment providers. We do not store your full card details.

7. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when we dispatch it. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock, a pricing error has occurred, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund you in full.

8. Pricing errors
If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an obvious error, we may cancel the order and refund you, or contact you to offer the product at the correct price.

9. Shipping and delivery
Delivery timeframes are estimates only. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Please see our Shipping and Delivery Policy for full details.

10. Returns and refunds

11. Promotions and discount codes
Discount codes cannot be redeemed for cash, cannot be applied to previous orders, and may only be combined with other offers if stated. We may withdraw or change a promotion at any time, unless the terms of that promotion say otherwise.

12. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos and designs, belongs to Pip and Pebble or is used with permission. You may not use it without our written consent.

13. Reviews and content you submit
If you submit a review, photo or other content, you confirm it is your own and honest, and you give us permission to display it on our website and social media. We may remove content that is offensive, misleading or unlawful.

14. Privacy
We handle your personal information in line with our Privacy Policy and the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

15. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, and apart from the guarantees in section 2, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our website or products. Where the law allows us to limit our liability, our liability is limited to replacing or repairing the goods, or refunding the price paid.

16. Third-party links
Our website may contain links to other websites, such as courier tracking pages. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

17. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on our website at the time of your order will apply to that order.

18. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and you agree to the jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
